About the Founder
TalentFix was founded by Kyle Havard, inspired by his success working at companies like Amazon and Meta and his ability to produce top-level results and attract the best in the industry. His peers often coined him the ‘fixer’ as he was assigned the roles that were historically the most difficult to fill.
He was entrusted with filling those critical positions, thus the inspiration for the company name. Kyle is passionate about recruiting and the impact it has on organizations – and is committed to creating a brand that differentiates itself from the other firms through excellence and customer obsession.
